CrossCore 180 bodyweight, MMA and combat sports trainer
In the US the CrossCore180 Rotational Bodyweight Trainer started life known purely as the “War Machine”. This was based on its design as a tool for athletes in combat sports and then a rapidly gained popularity in the United States military. MMA sports clubs soon realised the benefits of rotational bodyweight training as a means of progressing regular bodyweight training (the staple of most combat sports athletes strength and conditioning), for improving movement quality through a full range of mobility whilst providing variable amounts of resistance so users could choose to work strength, power, speed or muscular endurance, and also for recovery sessions and flexibility.
Here in Spain there are few establisments who are using the CrossCore 180 at this present time as knowledge about the product begins to grow the main users have been amateur and professional athletes who have found out about the CrossCore 180 and have started to use and and ave not looked back. Some of examples include
Luis Noguera, present Under 21 Spainish waterski champion who has been using our product in the preparation for the 2011 waterskiing world championships in Russia
Pablo Raj, owner and director of the Korean Mixed martial arts KwonJusul academy in Barcelona
