A few days a go I wrote a post on keeping things simple in the gym especially wen you see tha you are not making the gains you want. Simplify. I picked up this post recently which was written by a close collegue and friend CJ Swaby of
CJS Fitness where he too spoke on keeping things simple in the gym following on from a talk by
Martin Rooney orthopaedic therapist and author of numerous books on strengh and conditioning at te BodyPower exhibition 2011. Here is a snippet of the video where he goes through the well known press-up exercise.
